About TopPG

TopPG (Top-down mass spectrometry based ProteoGenomics) is a proteogenomics tool for generating sample-specific protein database which combines the RNA-seq and top-down MS data. It contains functions to generate customized protein database with genetic variations and/or splicing variations.
